Sizing your hand for disposable gloves is easy. Using a tape measure, measure all the way around your hand with the tape across your palm. Then measure from the tip of your middle finger to the base of your palm. Use the larger of these two numbers, in inches, to find your glove size. Always use your dominant hand (defined as the one you work and write with) for measurements.
